Our solutions for medium and large conference halls

The main concerns into the medium and large scale halls are simple controlling, intelligent automatic last activated microphone tracking with deactivate ability this function, integrating more microphone central units with multiple outputs to achieve one output and easy controlling PTZ cameras by the operator.
In other words, our main goal is to simplify and smarten the control of the halls with advanced and efficient equipment. 

PGU Diagram

Following the activated microphone by people around the conference table automatically and accurately provided by the our AutoTracking solution which provided in two models named PGU I and PGU II.
This system connects to the microphone central unit (MCU) via Serial or Ethernet interface to get data from the MCU and process buffered data for detecting activated microphone then changes the video switcher output and appropriate PTZ camera position depends on the Preset definition.
The operator could deactivate the auto tracking function even in running mode and then he/she could control output video and PTZ cameras manually. 

HMS Diagram

To increase accuracy and reduce complexity in equipment control into the medium and large halls is our main goal of the HMS (Hall Management System) product. This product provided in tow model HMS M2 and HMS M5 which could control up to 16 IR and 5 Serial devices through a centralized operator application.
The HMS central controller has free interfaces which could send any commands depended in predefined by installer.

Now the operator need a centralized and user friendly application which he/she could control all devices through an one application on the tablet.
This application called Conference Room Controller (CRC) App which installed on the android tablet and connects to the PGU and HMS devices for comfy controlling these devices.
This solution reduce the complexity, and increase the operator accuracy and efficiency.

Into the very big halls which include many microphone delegates in some brands need using more than one Central Units so each one has own output data and need integrate these outputs and process all data in one central unit to has a centralized Auto Tracking system. This function now is provided with a single and advanced Programmable Port Extender (PPX).

In the other hand for reducing the cabling and other overhead costs we recommended use our Universal Remote Control (URC) solutions which has compact design and use wireless communication between nodes and central controller.
